Hello there! I’m Cynthia McMillan, and if there’s one thing that truly defines me, it’s my passion for jogging. Some people find solace in reading, others in music, but for me, it’s the rhythmic patter of my feet hitting the pavement, the feel of the cool breeze against my face, and the steady beat of my heart syncing with every stride.

I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to become a jogging fanatic. My love for jogging evolved over time. As a child, I remember racing with the neighborhood kids, feeling the wind in my hair, and the thrill of crossing the imaginary finish line. Those innocent races ignited a spark in me, which later transformed into my undying love for jogging.

Over the years, I’ve explored countless trails, parks, and cities, with each run telling its own story. From the peaceful mornings where the world is just waking up, to the challenging uphill paths that have tested my limits, every jog has been an adventure. It’s through jogging that I’ve found strength, resilience, and a deeper connection with myself.

When I’m not jogging, you’ll probably find me at local running events, cheering for fellow runners, or perhaps at a café, penning down my experiences in my jogging journal. Yes, I maintain a journal exclusively for my runs! It’s filled with memories, routes, milestones, and even the occasional sketches of picturesque trails.

To those who are new to jogging or are looking to reignite their passion, I always say, “It’s never too late to start.” And to the seasoned runners, “May our paths cross during one of my jogs.”
